Room is available from late November 2024, for a single person. I have been welcoming students and young people to stay for many years and they have all found the room and flat both welcoming and comfortable.

It's a well-furnished room has a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe, matching drawers, and a desk /chair if requested. All bedding and towels are provided.

Use of lounge and furnished balcony with fully fitted kitchen. Dishwasher, cooker, microwave, air fryer, and substantial fridge/freezer.

I'm a quiet, but friendly person who enjoys calm and cooking, so more reflective than party. As a mature individual who is studying for a Health Psychology Master's and also works part-time, I'm active during the day and not a night owl.

The internet is fibreoptic, and the location is just behind City Hall. It is close to shops, restaurants, and bus stops. It is a 10-minute walk to the UoB or to the M1 bus stop for UWE.

Must bills included; however, if you are not a student, there is a £100 contribution to council tax per month.
