Double room available with an en-suite in cheswick village right next to UWE Frenchay Campus.
The house is a beautiful detached house with a garden and on street parking if you drive!
There’s a washer and dryer in addition to a dishwasher so a very lovely student property. The bills are done under split the bills and included in the rent where all bills are completely unlimited and a set price every month.
You’ll be living with 4 lovely girls who are mainly nursing students so will be a mixture of uni and placement for them so it’s important to be mindful regarding noise in the house.
This is not a party house but the girls are lovely and enjoy chill evenings and cooking together on occasion. We’re just looking for someone friendly and chill that likes to socialise but understands the house dynamics as the girls are in their final year of uni.

Tenancy is 9 months ending just as uni finishes so perfect to avoid paying rent through the summer. 1st October ~ 30th June 2025
