I am looking for someone to take over my current tenancy. The property is a 2 bed apartment, the new tenant would only be sharing a kitchen with my current flatmate who is also a student. You get your own bathroom and reading desk. The room is in Tower Collegiate which is found in the city centre , it is close to the shopping quarter and there are a number of restaurants and shops nearby. The buses going to and from the main universities are just outside the building so there is no need for long walk times. The building has 24 hour security and access is only by key card so it is very secure. There is a cinema room, games room, laundry as well as a few study room in the building. It is multicultural and diverse.
The people are friendly and most of the tenants are very nice. I am happy to give a viewing at any time.
The property is only for students so there is no council tax needed.
