I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in kingswood ASAP. Living with 5 others all ages 20-21, very sociable lovely people. The bedroom is a spacious attic room with lots of storage including an eves space and plenty wardrobe space.
There is a regular direct bus to the town centre and a 15 min walk to a direct bus to University of the West of England Frenchay campus. It is also a 20 min walk to Glenside campus.
The house is a 5 min walk to a high street with lots of places to eat and a 2 min walk to a spacious park.
Rent is £750 pcm plus bills which is £90.73 per month. Bills are also fixed so no need to worry about paying more in the cold weather.
There is also good parking if that’s needed for you.
