Hi! I'm looking for a new housemate to join our house and move into a spacious double room. You'll be living with a group of creative working professionals. The room will be available starting in March, with flexibility on the move-in date, so feel free to let me know your preferred timing. It comes fully furnished with a bed, drawers, and wardrobes.

Located on a quiet and safe street up in Lockleaze near the woods of Stokes Park. The property is a three-bedroom house with one shared bathroom, living and dining room, and a large garden. Feel free to plant vegetables if keen. One easy access large attic space for any extra things you need to be stored away. The house is under some decoration and extra storage updates which includes painting, DIY bits and bobs, (painting over the lime green kitchen) and gardening this spring. We have a hammock in the garden for sunny lazy days.

Bills

Bills are included. Water, gas, electricity, council tax band B and wifi. Additional pot for cleaning products and house up-keep etc

Transport and parking

Off-street parking is available for anyone with a vehicle and plenty more space on the street. Buses run nearby to the city centre and this takes roughly 30mins to the harbourside. Cycle trips maybe 25mins. Storage for bikes is available.

About us

Both Jack and Rosie are very social and like to head out or visit nature. We have an active social circle and also like our home comforts in the evenings.

Jack (27) has moved from Devon. A very talented dude in video marketing and photography. He's very sociable and his hobbies include board games, movies, gaming, outdoor activities, playing music, and music events.

Lizzie (24) has recently been travelling Sri Lanka and coaching at surf camp and is returning to Bristol in April to coach at The Wave.

I’m Jack (33), living in Bristol. I love nature, mini van adventures around the UK, and staying active with surfing and kayaking. I spent last summer in Canada, and do pottery (have my own wheel!). Love my live music nights and down for movie nights.

Looking for

Someone who could be clean, tidy, and bedtime respectful during the working week. Not looking for anyone who works from home a full 5 days a week. Will be up for doing share meals, hobbies, and other activities outside the house. Will look after the household and other items being furnished.
