• PROPERTY: This property is a 2 storey house, consisting of 7 bedrooms, a shared living room/ dining room, shared kitchen, three shared bathrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor, as well as a lovely large communal garden space.

• SHARED SPACES: The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking equipment and crockery you need throughout your stay. There is a designated kitchen cupboard and Fridge Freezer space for each sharer and there is a washer and dryer, which is charged at £2 per dry and £1 per wash. The large living room has cable TV and is great for relaxing in outside of your room.

• ROOM DETAILS: All our rooms are fully furnished, and include a desk space for working from home. All bedding is in included. All doors are lockable and secure. All rooms are doubles or large doubles and are located on the ground floor and first floor.

• PARKING INFO: On street parking only, no restrictions or charges

• INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: There is a live in House Manager that cleans the communal areas on a daily basis to ensure the standards of the houses remain high. We also offer additional items free of charge, such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil, toilet paper, laundry powder, cleaning materials etc. Clean bedding is supplied every 2 weeks. All Bills included. Fast business internet throughout the house.

• HOUSE RULES: Our houses are for working professionals, or mature students over the age of 21, single occupancy only. Sorry no couples. You must also agree to our terms and conditions before your booking is confirmed.

• BOOKING INFO: Available on a 6 month fixed contract. Possibility to renew beyond 6 months. Deposit is £500. £60 is payable to reserve the room, and is taken off the deposit amount due. Payments are due the 1st of the month. References required. We do also offer this room on a short term basis.
