I’m Sam, a full-time paralegal working in Bristol, and I’m looking for a friendly and responsible housemate to join our home.

• A furnished double room available from 1st April

• Quiet neighbourhood

You’ll be sharing the home with me and the landlord, a part-time firefighter, though he only stays at the property about 4–5 days per month (even less in summer).

A Bit About Me & What I’m Looking For:

I work standard office hours (9–5), enjoy cooking, and like a peaceful, tidy home. I’m looking for a housemate—ideally a working professional—who is clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces.

This is a relaxed, friendly home, but not a party house. After work, I appreciate a quiet and comfortable space to unwind.
