This lovely double room is partly furnished with a north-west facing window with evening sunshine.

Would suit a student or professional who is happy to live in a house that is also a family home. We are creative, occasionally musical (drums and violin) and have opened our house up for the local art trail to display illustration, paintings and poetry. I work as a gardener. I stay with my partner once or twice each week and so I am not always here and my child spends a few nights of the week at the other parents house. My partner stays over from time to time too. This means that most weeks you will have the place to yourself for at least a day or two. There's a comfortable lounge, quirky lean-to space that serves as a small conservatory and a garden with picnic table. There is a small cosy kitchen and a downstairs bathroom and so you wouldn't need to use the upstairs area of the house.

Given that we are a family I will prioritise interest from those who are studying for / or working in roles that require you to have a DBS check.

We live in a community minded neighbourhood and there are plenty of lovey cafes, pubs and shops on our doorstep. The cycle track into the centre of town is a few minutes away and it’s not far by foot to the Severn beach train line and bus stops. I’ve lived here a long time and so know the area well. The house is homely and a little quirky in character given its age and nature. It’s a great home and the garden is surprisingly peaceful given its location.

Rent will include bills reviewed quarterly and there will be a trial period at the beginning of the tenancy tbc..
