The house will be shared with myself & my 2 boys (a 8years old & 2 & half year old) I work full time in the local bank & my boys attend full time school, Nursury. & after school club & summer programs

I am in the process of buying my family home & you will have the opportunity to occupy the whole house in future with revised tenancy agreement.
