3 bedroom house situated in Wallsend, 7 minute walk to Hadrian’s road metro and just over 10 minute drive into the Center of Newcastle.
I am a 24 year old student at Newcastle University. Ideally looking for another student due to council tax reasons however am happy for young professionals also (although would be liable for their own council tax).
Female only. Not discriminative of age however preferably around the same age as myself. Must be clean and tidy as it is a beautiful house and deserves to be looked after.
