I will be decorating the property through december 2021 and me and my daughter will be moving in from January.

It has 2 parking spaces out front.

Kitchen, downstairs toilet and living room which has double doors leading to the garden.

Garden is decked and astroturfed and has a 6 person jacuzzi hot tub with a built privacy surround.

First floor has a double room and single room and a family bathroom with shower over bath.

Top floor has a double room and ensuite.

I work 5 days on and 4 days off. My daughter is 9 years old and very laid back like myself, she is only with me on the 4 days off. When I am working I am out the house alot. The house would be just as much yours as it would be mine.
I am a very clean and tidy person and very easy going. I like honesty with people and also for them to be like that with me as it would be great to get along with whoever lives here.
