One lovely large double room is looking for a friendly new flatmate to share our home.

Sorry, but not available to couples, and we're looking for someone over 30.

We have 350 mbps broadband! - yes, your google searches will appear before you've even thought of them ;)

Sharing a three bedroom 2 storey maisonette you will have your own room and also shared use of the kitchen and a very large lounge which has wooden floors and is south west facing (so very sunny).The bedroom has large built in full length cupboards and wardrobe; there's plenty of storage space.

The property is just under a mile to the Victoria line, it's walkable and there are frequent bus services to both Walthamstow Central and Blackhorse Road tube. There are also overland services to Liverpool Street and Gospel oak (for Archway, Highgate and Hampstead). It takes about 25 minutes to get to Kings Cross station, door to door.

We're very close to great walks by the reservoirs in the lea valley. There is also very easy access to the north circular for getting out of town if you drive, you will need a parking permit here though.

The room is available Immediately and for long term, minimum contract of 3 months.

We're very easy going, we're friendly but we're also a quieter household, we do our partying outside the house ;)
