I am looking for a female lodger to share my home and rent a large, fully furnished ensuite room overlooking St George’s Park. The room has been designed with a comfortable, hotel-style feel in mind and looks out directly over the park.

Flat Atmosphere & About Me:
You’ll be sharing the flat just with me, I’m looking for a proper flatmate dynamic rather than a landlord-tenant feel. I really want us both to feel completely at home and equal with mutual respect. I’m easygoing, friendly and bubbly, and I currently work from home a fair amount. In my spare time, I like going to the gym, catching up with friends, and having a good chat, but I also really value my own downtime and fully appreciate and understand the need for personal space.

Who I’m looking for:
I’m looking for a kind, peaceful, and considerate female flatmate who values a calm home environment. I'm very easygoing and I have no issues with you having friends over and enjoying yourself. It would be ideal to have a phone call and a chat before the viewing to talk about it all :)
