Hi 👋 I have a double room to rent on a short term basis for 4-6 weeks from March 1st 2025 (might be able to extend further but tbc for now). Happy to let on a week-by-week basis though ideally for at least 4 weeks. The rent will be £275pw and includes all bills.

It’s a lovely 2 bed, 2 bath flat, which is well sized, bright and modern but cozy at the same time (see video tour!) I really enjoy living here :)) The room is a good size double (3.1m x 3.7m) with desk, screen and a large built in wardrobe. There is also a secure bike store but no car parking.

Earlsfield itself is has plenty going for it- coffee shops, bakehouses, pubs, M&S and other stores minutes away and a friendly community. The station (5 mins walk) is Zone 3 and under 15 min train into Waterloo and they are very frequent. If you are looking for nearest tube, Wimbledon Park is not far either.

➡️About me - I’m 35 and work as an environmental consultant. I mainly WFH, though i'm out of town to visit other offices or to go on site sometimes (currently about 1 week per month). When possible I try to work 4 days per week.

I’m into all sorts - lots of running and gym sessions at the moment (training for first marathon!) usually up for the occasional weekend night out/drinks but a night in can be great too, pretty bad at keeping up with latest Netflix series though. I do enjoy having friends over occasionally though like to mix socialising with time to myself (ambivert?). Into exploring around london, galleries, museums, theatre etc. Love trying new food places but also trying to cook more at home. Also fair to say i'm a bit more night owl than morning person, at least before a proper coffee from my new machine :)
👋 Who I’m looking for - You are gay/LGBT+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈, and we have a similar outlook with a few shared interests so we can can enjoy hanging out sometimes as flatmates...let me know what yours are too. I’m also seeking that balance between quiet time and social, so for example would probably not suit someone working 100% from home but happy to discuss.
