My housemate is moving out on the 10th of April so we are looking to fill her spacious double room ASAP.

The Flat 🏠:

The double room is located in Earlsfield, 5 min walk to the station, 5 minute walk sainsburys/tesco/m&s and all local pubs.

The double room is very spacious with great storage, big windows, bed and beside tables included. **Desk and chair not included**, can sell the clothes rail if wanted. The house has one bathroom with an open plan living/ dining area and a lovely garden out the back which I can’t wait to host summer bbq’s in☀️. We also have a basement which is great for additional storage. Rent is £1075 and bills usually come to around £100 each month.

Who? ✨

You’ll be sharing with myself - I’m a 26 year old professional working in private equity. I work in the office 5 days a week and I am looking for someone who is around a similar age, friendly, clean and tidy. I enjoy my own space but would also like to live with someone who would like to do things together. I enjoy running and other exercise classes, cosy nights in and pub/nights out!
