You’ll have access to a shared kitchen, living area, and backyard. Ideal for someone tidy, sociable, and respectful of shared spaces.

The room has a double sized bed in it that I made. I am willing to take it out or leave it in. It’s up to you.

The bathroom you’ll use is shared with one other flat mate.

Rent: £700 excluding bills.
Bills range from £110 to £130 depending on time of year etc.
