I own my fifth floor 2 bed, 2 bath appt and enjoy letting my spare room, to a professional female, no men please! I work full time in the interiors industry and I’m a Christian, I go to HTB Brompton Road.

I like feeling that there is someone else around, someone coming in and out, sometimes s little bit of company and the odd chat and coffee together, good conversations and supportive attitude. It’s very safe here and you will feel secure and at home.

There is a river view, it’s a very friendly development and very quiet, one wouldn’t know that one was in the city! Easy access to trains and buses and very close to Kings and Fulham Road, Wandsworth town shops and station 2 mins away and Southside Shopping Center with cinema 7 mins walk away. Parks near by include Wandsworth Park and Battersea Park. The river walk is wonderful and train along to Richmond for shopping or Waterloo to get into town easily.

There is one double wardrobe and two chests of drawers, there is also a desk, in case you work from home a little, with a chair. I think that the room does suit someone with not too, too many things, probably someone who is renting a room at the beginning of their career and journey in London.
