Large double room located in the basement of the apartment with direct access to an outdoor patio. Despite being in the basement, the room brings in a lot of natural light. A gorgeous, spacious en-suite bedroom with direct access to a shared outdoor patio, within a modern 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home featuring an open-plan kitchen, living area, and garden. We also have a small storage basement. We occupy the ground floor and basement of the house.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone in their late twenties to thirties who wants to be part of a home rather than simply a flatshare.

Ideally, you’ll be like-minded, friendly, and sociable. We’re both pretty relaxed and enjoy the occasional glass of wine in the garden, movie nights, and trips to the pub now and again, while also respecting each other’s space and busy schedules.

Being a dog person is essential, as Cooper is very much part of the household.

We’re hoping to find someone who is clean, considerate, and takes pride in their living environment. This is a beautiful home with a lovely, responsive landlord, and we’d love to find someone who will enjoy it as much as we do.
