One of the Reception rooms is used by myself most of the time, leaving the other free so you will have your own chill out space, own TV choice etc. Having friends round is fine (within reasonable times and numbers). Both rooms have TVs and we have fast broadband.

My 23 year old son is home during Uni holidays but the rest of the time you'll have the main bathroom to yourself.

The room has a king size bed with a good quality mattress and a built in wardrobe.

Very Important! You must like cats. I have one old female cat who mostly sleeps and eats, so she is no bother.

We are very near Amazon, Hermes, Asda etc. There is a bus service from the end of the road into town.

The house is right at the end of a small cul-de-sac with woodland nearby so it is very quiet and green. There is a big driveway so you will have off street parking. Plenty of amenities within walking distance including ASDA and the Westbrook Centre, pub, restaurants etc.

I am looking for a working female. Any nationality is welcome as long as English is spoken.
