Room to let in WA5 area of Warrington. Incredibly close to Warrington hospital and walking distance of town center.
The double room comes furnished but happy to take anything out if need be. The rest of the house is available to use as you please and the bathroom has recently been renovated. Washing machine and dryer also available to use.
All bills included in the price as well as broadband ect.
Parking is available outside the house on the street and requires a parking permit although I have a spare you can use.
A little garden space outside with small decking area.
The house also comes with a friendly cat so no other pets would be available to move in.
I'm a 33 year old easy going male working from home job and generally spend the evenings watching netflix, football /playing xbox.
