Havant main line station is only 3 miles away, as are various local shopping centres. Portsmouth city centre and Petersfield, are both approx 8 miles away.

Would suit a mature professional person, preferably male (but not essential). The main bathroom, which consists of bath, shower(over), wc, is basically sole use, apart from the odd occasion when the landlord who is the only other resident., has a bath.

There is also a small box room, next to the bedroom, which has previously been used as a kitchen, and contains a double induction hob, microwave, halogen cooker, fridge, and chest of drawers used as storage.
