The available room is for single occupancy (i. e. no couples sorry!)

🛏 The bedroom comes with chest of drawers, double bed and mattress, mirrored wardrobe and a tv point. There is a large double glazed window to the front. Plenty of space for a desk too, which can be provided if required.

🛀 You would be sharing the house bathroom with just one other person, as two of the bedrooms have their own full en-suites.

📺 There is a separate LARGE COMMUNAL LOUNGE/DINER with stripped floors and a feature cast iron fireplace. There are two large black sofas, tv and dining table and chairs.

💖 Communal lounges in house shares (i. e. space that is separate from the kitchen) are a rarity these days, as the space often converted in to another bedroom. We have retained the lounge as it's a really important space for everyone's mental well being.

👩‍🍳 The kitchen has beautiful black granite worktops and has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and fridge.

🚙 Parking is on street and permit controlled. A permit is available for purchase separately via the council.
