I have a very spacious double room available in a new build flat on the second floor. The flat is modern, warm and hidden away from the main road. This is a private land lord live in advertisement meaning no agencies to deal with.

There is a large balcony just off of the kitchen / living room. The kitchen is fitted with a new dishwasher, fridge freezer and oven/hob. You’ll also have access to the Nespresso coffee machine.

The bedroom itself is the master bedroom with a large en-suite and overlooks the green communal area with floor to ceiling windows. All the furniture you will need is included including a smart TV. It’s light and airy and comes with good storage.

I live here with my partner, we are both quiet, clean and tidy professionals.

We don’t really have a specific type of person in mind, there is no check list, all we ask is that you’re friendly, clean and reliable.

The house is cleaned by us, we occasionally have a cleaner come in as well.
