We have one double room becoming available in our house.

The room is available furnished (double bed with new mattress, chest of drawers and a side table, built-in wardrobe).

We are looking for one person to take on, we can consider also couples.

The house comes with a shared living room, large kitchen, back garden, new bbq, and driveway for 3 cars.

The living room is on the ground floor and it has 3 couches and a huge TV.

The kitchen is big and bright with very large windows South facing, which opens towards the back garden.

The kitchen comes with all the usual appliances (hob, oven, microwave ovens, kettle, etc) and dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

We are 4 Romanians (3 guys and a girl) at the moment in the house.

There are also 2 cats (Emma and Tia) who live in the property. Most of the day they're out and about in other people's gardens. Unfortunately, they don't go well with other pets, so we need to respect their rights as masters of the house.
