Hey girls and guys!

I am looking for one chill but CLEAN person to move into a 2 bed flat in Wembley Park. I have not signed the lease yet, however know where I want to move into!

If you have ever been to Wembley Park, you may have seen the new resident buildings around Canada Water. Contact me and I will send you the link to the flat I have an eye on :)
The amenities are new, pure luxus and more than you get for your money anywhere else in London! Included to a 2 bed 2 bathroom flat with separate living room are roof top terraces (yes more than one!), several co-working spaces for you and your friends even, lounges to invite friends or just you/me for drinks, large garden area with BBQ fire places, concierge 24/7, parcel service, gym...
Included in the rent is also wifi, we just have to pay council tax and electricity/water on top which I expect to be round £50-£80 pp.
The rent depends slightly on how long you sign the lease for - I'd recommend we sign 6 months (this would be the shortest lease) and then take it from there. The maximum I expect the rent to come up to is £1000 pp - depending on how we negotiate/which flat we take in the end, it may be a bit cheaper too but I want to manage expectations here and go with the higher end for now.

Maybe a few words to myself, I am laid back and a fun house mate. interested in hanging out some times but also appreciate my alone time. I have started an art business next to my full time job, so it would be great if you would to mind me painting in our living room. I will happily give you a painting class if you like!
Beside of painting, I love working out - I am thinking to get a pole for the new flat, you are free to use it too :)

In regards to yourself, I don't have any preferences age/ occupation wise. Just no that you don't smoke and you keep it clean. Because I am the type of person who cleans the house with bleach at the end of every day. I just love it clean, don't come for me, here is your warning sign haha.
