Hi, my name is Tiago and my husband and I are renting our spare room.
It is just a 10 minutes walk from Wembley Park Station, linked to the City by the Metropolitan and Jubilee lines, 4 minutes walk from Blackbird Hill bus stop, served by 182, 245, 297, 302 and N98, connecting to central London, Kilburn, Kensal Rise... A short walk from the Wembley Stadium, London Design Outlet, Asda and a few steps from Lidl.
Nice, clean and well decorated double room, with TV and Netflix, great double ottoman bed with excellent mattress and a good wardrobe space. The bathroom in the pictures will be used mainly by you as we have our own.
The flat has an open plan kitchen/ dining/living room with nice views and a well maintained garden with bbq and sitting area, ideal for bbqs in the summer. The kitchen is well equipped with all crockery and cutlery you might need, air fryer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, etc. All bills are included (gas, electricity, council tax, internet, heating), we keep the flat well maintained, clean and tidy.
We are a gay couple with two lovely whippets, easy going and hard working looking for a easygoing tidy flatmate.
