This Large studio is at walking Distance to the Wembley park and preston road as well ass north wembley tube station and it is recently built. warm, cosy and desirable.

It has its own entrance from the front garden. In this flat, the Black sofa in the photos that you can see is now replaced by a strong decent double bed and a very comfortable to sleep on mattress. It fits in well and looks and feels warm/homely/comfortable. You will see and agree, hopefully ( more info listed below after the questions)

Not looking to establish this information in half dozen emails whilst it can be done in the first message. This place has turned out to be really nice, beautiful living space. located 1 or 2 min walk from many buses including 245, 483, 79, 204 and few more. 7-8 mins walk from Wembley park tube and same from Preston road tube. Jubilee line and metropolitan line.

North Wembley tube on bakerloo line is 10 mins walk away or 3-4 mins bus ride. Excellently located, many buses at doorstep.

One month rent as deposit and 1 month rent in advance will be required but preference may be given to those who can pay a few months rent in advance.

This flat is located at walkable distance, 15 mins to Wembley Designer outlet with plenty of designer shops, cafe bars, Hilton hotel, Novotel hotel, most banks, Lidl supermarket, coffee chain shops, restaurants, north west village, Vue cinema, football facilities and plenty more to keep busy. Newly built designer outlet offers a range of job opportunities too.

It also has good heating and all walls and floor and ceiling are insulated with warm building requirements so the Flat benefits from warm atmosphere. On the other hand, in summer, it has a cool cottage type feel in it!

IT IS NOT A USUAL TYPICAL LONDON RENTAL SUFFOCATING PLACE, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WHEN YOU SEE IT. The journey time is approximately 12 - 14 minutes to baker street station and 15-17 minutes to Bond Street and oxford circus stations tube from Wembley park station.

Wembley park easy access by bus 223 or walk. 10-15 mins walk to preston road tube where tescos is open till midd night, all nights including Sundays.


Northwick park hospital and university of Westminster harrow on the hill campus are within easy walking distance and by bus 223.

If you must require then Parking can be allocated for additional cost.
