This is a very large yet cosy room in a 3 floor, 5 bedroom house on a quiet residential road, 3 minutes walk to West Ealing high street with Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Lidl, cafes and shops.

It is only a 6 -8 minute bus journey to Ealing Broadway (central and district line and trains to Paddington that only take 10-15 minutes) with buses every few minutes too. It is also only a 7 minute walk to West Ealing station, also with the fast trains (10-20mins) to Paddington. Easy access to Southall and Greenford with buses every few minutes and the Piccadilly line is a short walk or bus ride away. In short: excellent transport links yet a quiet road.

The room itself is both spacious and cosy. It has a king sized bed, a whole wall of inbuilt wardrobes, with shelves too for storage, and the bonus of an old Victorian fireplace set into the wall. There are also blackout curtains, a table, chair and large windows. If you do yoga/something similar (not that I do) there is definitely enough space to practise.

The shared bathroom is right next door, shared with two others only. It has a shower/bath and again plenty of space.
There is another bathroom upstairs, shared between the remaining two tenants.

There is a large kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven/grill, microwave, etc - everything you could need available to use such as plates and equipment. There is a shared living room with cosy sofas; Sky and Broadband included. Fantastic heating; I haven't been cold all winter, yet it is cool inside when it's boiling outside. Private Garden with small patio area and seating at the back of the house.

Sharing with 4 others, suitable for if you work from home or prefer a quiet space but it is a nice atmosphere in the house. Friendly landlady who is always available to contact and gets back to you within 24 hours maximum.

All bills, Sky TV, Broadband and council tax, etc are included in the £700 per month rent.
