Hi! I'm a student currently studying in UWL, I live in a 6 bedroom house with 5 other students. One of my housemates is moving out & I will be moving into their room, which means I am looking for a student who would like to move into my room for the next academic year.

My room is a double room, fitted with a double bed, a large wardrobe & a drawer. The rent for the room is £510 per month. The house is in West Ealing, which is at least a 5 - 10 minute walk to Ealing Broadway if you want to catch the UWL University bus (or you can take bus E1 to Ealing Broadway).

The house has 2 bathrooms, a decent sized garden, we have a fair sized kitchen with a dining table & sofa. The house is also close to different shops & superstores such as Tesco, Waitrose, Lidl etc.

We are relaxed housemates, respectful of each other's space, quiet as well & we sometimes hang around in the kitchen for fun.
