About myself and the flat: I work in the City in banking. Standard work hours morning till evening, Monday to Friday including some weekends as well. Flat is too big for me alone with one room vacant for a while.
Interests: When I am not working I tend to read, follow racing and I also ride racehorses every weekend. I go to the gym regularly. Decent humour once you get to know me.
Single room: Good sized bed room for one person. Large wardrobe, bedside table.
Amenities include: fibre optic broadband, washing machine, fridge freezer, TV etc. Building has secure entry.
Expectations: I am looking for a flatmate who has a busy lifestyle as well and hopefully similar interests. Key requirements are no drama and also cleanliness and hygiene as I prefer to keep the place spotless.
