Looking for a roommate to join us in a lovely extra large flat. Available in 2020.

Bedroom:

Double bed, bedside table, drawers, high ceilings, fitted wardrobe large south-facing window overlooking the garden and sunny during the whole day

Bathroom:

Very large airy bathroom, large bath with an electric shower over it. Very nicely finished in black and white, mirrored cupboard above the sink. Lots and lots of light. All taps have a mixer on them (single taps)

Living room:

Large enough for a 4 bedroom flat, very airy, 2 sofas (3 seater and 2 seater), wall-mounted TV, dining table, coffee table and side table. Huge floor to ceiling windows x2 and high ceilings. Plenty of light and space. Huge double radiator so it is never cold.

Kitchen:

Very large and airy. High ceilings, lots of cupboards, new oven and new washing machine. Fridge works perfectly too. The hob has the extractor fan above. The kitchen has all the pots, cutlery, plates and everything you’d need which we will happily share. Large windows overlooking both the garden and the street.

Garden:

Shared with only 3 other flats and usually empty. Clothes hanging line available. Great for sunbathing. Outside table + shed is also there.

Parking:
Off street parking available next to the house, 1 car per flat and as we don't have one it's all yours! :)

Location:

The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a 3 storey building in West Ealing. Neighbours are all lovely. No kids upstairs.

Transport:

The flat has amazing transport links and is in zone 3.

Closest BUS stop is literally 2 meters away from the house. E7 and E11 go from there. Further bus stop – 4 min walk away or 7 mins to the main street where you can catch 15+ buses

Closest TRAIN station (West Ealing) is 1 minute walk away. 2 min train ride to Ealing Broadway. Trains to Paddingotn, Greenford, Haynes and Harlington, Reading, Heathrow go regularly.

Closest TUBES are either Ealing Broadway (District and Central) - 2 min on a train, 7 min on a bus, 20 min walk) or Northfields (Picadilly) - 10 min on a bus or 25 walk.

They are also opening up the Elizabeth line in 2020, which will be super convenient, 2 min walk from the house.

Roommates:

We are young professionals and a well-behaved neutered cat. Looking for someone who wants to find a home. This is a calm, CLEAN, respectful house so not exactly a party place. Been living here for 3 years and love it. The current roommate is moving back to France.

The landlady is nice and we have not had any problems with her yet.

Price:

£670 per month, Bills not included. Shared 3 ways they come up to about £100 a month. This is rented through an agency so they will ask you to go through checks and referencing process.
