We have a single room available in a three-bedroom house seconds walk to Uxbridge road (with a gym, Co-op, Tesco, plenty of shops and bus stops, including the 24hr bus 207).

Room is available now, once all checks with the landlord are sorted.
Rent comes as 590 pound a month + bills that come as around 122 a month.
Deposit is also 590 pound and landlord will ask for references from your previous landlord as well as information about your current job.
The room is available straight away as the former resident had to move out sooner than planned.

West Ealing station (TFL rail), Elizabeth Line is 8min walk, and Ealing Broadway station (Central line, District line, TFL rail, Elizabeth Line) is 15min walk or 5 mins by bus. Northfield station (Piccadilly line) is also around 15-20 mins walking.

The bright spacious room comes with a comfortable single bed, chest of drawers, shelves and two mirrors. There is also a huge wardrobe right next to the room available just for your own needs!

The house is located in a safe and quiet area and has two bathrooms (one with a washing machine inside) and a separate toilet, which with only 3 rooms in the house means you'll never have to wait to use it!

The kitchen is small but fully equipped with many cupboards, 2 fridges and freezer, oven, boiler, toaster and all the plates, mugs and cutlery you may need (although you're welcome to bring your own ones!). Also in the kitchen we have one of our two communal areas, with a big dining table, very bright as it's looking to the little garden (perfect for BBQ's in the summer!), along with the beautiful and sun-facing terrace in the first floor!
The house also has a cosy living room where we chill and socialise after a long day.
