The house has been recently renovated and decorated and is situated 5 minutes walk from West Ealing Broadway with its shops and supermarkets (Waitrose, Sainsburys, Lidl). The various independent shops on Northfields Avenue are also only a 5 minute walk away.

Ealing Broadway is 10 minutes away by bus or 20 on foot. You've also got easy access via Central Line or 207, & 607 buses to the Westfield Centre at Shepherds Bush, or by car via the North Circular to Brent's Cross.

Elthorne and Lammas parks are within a 5-10 minute walk of the house.

Northfields Piccadilly Line and West Ealing Elizabeth Line/Crossrail are 10-15 minutes walk, Ealing Broadway Elizabeth Line/Crossrail/BR & LU is 10 minutes by bus, and buses 427, 483, 607, 207, N207, N11, E2, E3, E8 are all available on West Ealing Broadway. West Ealing Elizabeth Line (when it is completed!) connects to Paddington station for mainline rail access to the west and south-west. For road access, Ealing is wedged between the M4 and the A40, with the North Circular to the East. Very handy for Heathrow which can be reached in under 30 minutes by foot and tube.
