I have recently taken a 3 bed property on with my housemate and we are looking for a clean and fun person to live with to share our new amazing home with.
I am student at the University of west london who loves the arts and am a singer songwriter and my housemate is Cocktail Barman in the Picadilly who loves dance and fitness and seeks a great time at any opportunity.
We both a have a drive for life!

The room is a large double with a bed and a desk included and a large window for good sunlight. It's a ground floor 3 bed flat with a decent kitchen and generous outdoor space. A large kitchen for all the cooking needs and all utensils supplied. It has one toilet and one bathroom (we are both quite busy people so we aren't in all the time)
We have virgin high speed internet so great for working from home. It's a warm and cosy property.

We look for someone to be a great addition to our little family, we love socialising outdoors and going on nights out or even dinner. We are both gay and welcome whoever from whichever background. We look for an open minded and fun individual who has a passion for life in london.

The property is super close to the main high street (about 10 metres away) it benefits from the Northfields Picadilly line about 15-20 mins walk or 6 mins by Bike
also central line (Ealing broadway) up the road about 25 mins walk, 10 mins by bike.
We have decent storage in the shed and a safe place for a bike.

Ps the room is the middle one in the property
and sadly no living room common area but we have the kitchen in the middle of house which we can use together for dinners and film nights!
