Hey,

My housemate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to replace her. The property is a 2 bedroom flat in West Ealing - 10-15 min walks from Ealing Broadway, and 6 mins walk from West Ealing Station (including the new Elizabeth Line.)

Area is quite nice. As I said, close to Broadway and all the shops/restaurants/cafes. There is a Tesco downstairs, and Walpole park a few minutes walk away. A Gym (Gym Group) is located literally next to the flat exit.

It's a nice, clean place. Top floor, so nice views. Kitchen and living room are spacious. I moved here because it's a good place for the price.

I'm a creative lead in a biotech startup. I work from home roughly half the week. Generally speaking I'm a quiet, tidy, easy going flatmate. I like games, books, working out, travel, museums etc. Ideally looking for someone who doesn't play music all night, have parties each week, keeps the house tidy etc.

I've been burned by bad housemates before so really hope to find someone nice..
