Further storage around the house including attic can be provided. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are separated by stairs and a hallway so rooms are quite private. It’s a very warm house in winter. The rest of the house is comfortably furnished with modern appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, gas cooker and microwave). There is a large well equipped kitchen and a connected living/dining area. There is a private garden at rear with a patio area and trees.

The area is very quiet and safe. E3 bus stops just 2 min walk away from the house. Northfields is a 10 minute walk away or 2 stops on the bus. Northfields to Heathrow is 20 minutes and to Piccadilly is 35 min. West Ealing station is a 10 minute walk and takes 15 min to Paddington. Sainsbury’s is 5 min walk, Waitrose 10 min walk. Buses on Uxbridge road go to Westfield in 30 minutes. E3 goes to Acton (15 min) and Chiswick (30 min). Residents parking is available on the street at around £70 a year.

I’m mid thirties and work in HR. My bedroom is the downstairs front room but I do not live in the house full time at the moment so you may not see me often. I’m multicultural and have lived abroad a lot. I’m quite quiet at home and mostly just relax, watch a bit of tv or do some internet surfing.
