We're a two-bed flat in a 19th century apartment building (with an epic fire escape balcony moment). There are hardwood floors and high ceilings - it's giving we have Berlin at home.

We're a pretty quiet household and work varied hours - I work as a writer and my flatmate is a stage manager.

We're a queer household and are looking for a woman or queer person to sublet my room from July for at least the month whilst I'm away for work. Dates can be flexible and there is potential to sublet August too.

My flatmate will be moving out in autumn and her room will be free long term, so there's also a possibility to stay on long term there.

The flat is really beautiful and we're looking for someone who will keep it as tidy and loved as we do.
