Hello I am renting out a lovely room just 4 min walk from Baron’s court tube station - Piccadilly and District lines - in a homely borough.

The bedroom has plenty of quality built-in storage, and a window facing a beautiful gardens. A nice and clean looking living room, well equipped kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom to be shared with one person only.

The flat is on the first floor of a Victorian house, so always keep a good ambient temperature. Always tidy, it is very bright with large windows and high ceilings.

Extremely well located between Harmersmith and High street Kensington, accessing main stores is really easy. Buses on Hammersmith road also provide direct liaison to most areas.
Heathrow is just 45 min away by tube. Holland park is 0,9 miles away and Hyde park is only 1,5 miles from here.
I can happily say this is definitely a great area to live.

It is perfectly suited for a non-smoking professional looking for a nice, quiet, convenient, safe, pleasant and comfortable place to call home.

Please note: there’s no room for extra furniture or kitchenware.

My new flatmate would be expected to be respectful, clean, tidy, and friendly.

The room is £900 payable one month in advance + £120 including all bills: broadband, TV license, electricity, gas, water and council tax.

I ask for a deposit of £900 which will be refunded at the end of the stay and for ONE MONTH NOTICE for both parties.
