I'm James, an art historian, and along with my housemates Emma, a software developer; Jaime, a filmmaker/science communicator; and Dan, an ocean data aficionado, I'm looking for a new housemate to join our mews in West Kensington.
The available bedroom has a large window and is furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The photo-featured plants, however, are not included. The rest of the house is relatively spacious, with a sitting room, large kitchen and brilliant garden. The landlord has made a number of recent upgrades including a new bathroom and kitchen appliances. I have lived here a number of years and worked with him on various projects to improve the house through redecorating.
We're looking for friendly, respectful housemate with a similar spirit, open to joining us in conversation and occasionally meals. We seek people with some overlapping interests, who would be excited to share and contribute to our clean, organised and sustainably-minded house.
