I own a lovely little house in W12 and my housemate is moving out so looking for a new housemate. It’s a a gorgeous 3 bed house with west facing garden. There’s a large eat in kitchen with utility room (washer and separate dryer) and guest W. C. The living room is cosy with gas fire place and large TV (sky included) I work for a company in Kensington so not often here Monday to Friday during the day but my cat will be around. Ideally looking for someone of similar age to me that doesn’t mind cats. The room is on the top floor and super quiet with a king size bed and armchair.
