We have just moved into this beautiful and enormous house in Ealing and are looking for like minded people to fill the remaining rooms. We'd really like sociable and creative people who are LGBT friendly, interested in contributing to making a lovely home with us. The house is really a blank canvas at the moment so perfect for us to really make it our own.

Accessiblity
There are two rooms on the wheelchair accessible first floor which includes a shared wheelchair accessible bathroom as well as wheelchair height accessible kitchen countertops in the downstairs kitchen. Please let me know if you would like any measurements. There is a ramp to the front door.

The House
There are two kitchens in total, one huge one downstairs in a big open plan living area, with three fridges, range cooker and big dining area. There are also three big leather sofas and a TV in this open plan room. We've just moved in but want to jazz up this area. A disco ball is under consideration.

There is another large communal room downstairs (currently waiting conversion from an office from the houses previous life as a residential centre). And a smaller room which we have discussed making into a little home gym.

Upstairs is another large kitchen dining area.

The house is split over three floors and all the rooms are ensuite. The bedrooms have a built in wardrobe unit and can be provided with single or double beds, desks etc, or unfurnished if you prefer.

There is also an enormous garden which we'd like to make our own, including growing some vegetables. Please use the word gecko in your message to let us know you read the whole advert.

The house is an 8 minute walk to Ealing Broadway station, which is on the central line (night tube when it starts up again!),and the new Elizabeth line which is only ten minutes(!) Into Paddington.

All bills are included in the rent (internet with a WiFi hub on every on every floor, gas, electricity, council tax, water).

About us (in progress!)
We are variously a data analyst doing a part time degree in biology, a tech writer moonlighting as a photographer and bedroom DJ, a civil servant/community garden volunteer, and a film student. We would like to throw the occasional big party at the house (at very most every couple of months), but most of the time we'd like to keep it more quiet and homey although smaller (and quieter) social activities like dinner parties, films nights and games nights would be most excellent. We have a giant screen and are working on sourcing a projector. Most of us work from home so a peaceful home environment during the day is important. Two of us are vegetarians but we have omnivores too.

You
We'd love to hear a bit about you and what your hobbies and interests are, as well as what you're looking for in a house share. We welcome pets, however one of us has an allergy to cats so we are sadly not able to take any kitties. We are also about to take on a new housemate who has a goldendoodle so you would need to be ok with a friendly hypoallergenic dog. We might be able to take more dogs in the future, but we'd like to keep it to just the one while he gets settled in.
