About the flatmates
I'm sadly leaving my beautiful house share and need someone to take over my room. You would be sharing with Jess and Lily, Jess is a 25 year old support worker for a homelessness charity and Lily is an artist studying furniture design. They love doing flat meals (and are both excellent at cooking), doing trips to the pub (covid permitting) and having film nights while also having their own stuff going on. It would be really nice to find someone looking for similar so if this is you please get in touch!

The house
As you can see the house is BEAUTIFUL with a private garden (complete with bbq for garden parties in summer), a huge open plan kitchen / dining / front room situation and 2 bathrooms (one is this bedrooms ensuite). It is without a doubt the nicest house I've ever lived in and if you're WFH the light and airy dining room is the perfect set up.

The contract
The contract would ideally start on the 6th of December (but this can be flexible), is £630ppm and is until September 2021 (but I think the girls may want to stay in the house after since its such a rare find so if you did too then the contract can easily be extended)

The area
We are a few minutes from west Norwood train and bus station so the area is really well connected with loads of nice pubs and little bars near by and just a short walk away from brockwell Park.
