We've got an empty room available in a 2 level terraced house close to Willesden Junction. The rooms are situated upstairs with a shared but bright bathroom (both shower and bath). The ground floor has a lot to offer, including a huge living space with living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There's an additional toilet downstairs so you won't experience the annoying morning queue if nature calls you ;)
Although, the room on offer is the smaller one you'll find plenty of storage space around the house so you won't have any problem if you are a hoarder or a potential bag lady.
The amenities also include a small but pretty garden with an additional back access to the house so if you are a bike owner this will make your life easier.
Location wise, we are roughly 4 minutes walk from Willesden Junction station that offers multiple connections to and from the centre through its Bakerloo and Overground lines. There are also 24h buses available if you prefer to use those. We've got plenty of shops around us (open-late off license 1min away) so getting the everyday essentials shouldn't be a problem.

The room is available both for singles or couples. The monthly rent for July and August is accordingly either £600pcm plus bills or £650pcm plus bills for couples. From September it's £700pcm for singles and £750pcm for couples. Bills work out roughly £50 per person in the summer months and £90 for the winter time.

The ideal flatmate would be an easy going person with a good sense of humour who doesn't mind to share a bottle of wine during movie night but wouldn't mind to clean the popcorn bowls next day :)
