Double room:
£850pcm (en suite)

Bright, lovely, large double bedroom in a 2 bedroom house share. Room is fully isolatable as you will have your own front door, bathroom and kitchen. (One double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, is available)

Room is in a lovely, newly refurbished property. Neutral décor, real wood floor boards and a new bed with your own bathroom. Everything is brand new.

The kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, cooker, freezer and large fridge. There is no separate living room though there is an area for eating in the kitchen and the bedroom has a lot of space, Each bathroom is en-suite, and entirely yours.

The double bedroom has a beautiful, clean new bathroom, bed, wardrobe, sofa, bedside table, lamp, chest and chair.

Central heating throughout. No pets or smokers. The rent includes all bills including council tax and broadband.

The area is great and Vogue once described Chamberlayne Road as the 'hippest' road in London with excellent restaurants and pubs. Conde Nast traveller also has a great review of the area.

The area is between Notting Hill and West Hampstead and it is a short journey to Portobello Market, Notting hill, Queens Park and Hampstead. It is also 40 Minutes to Oxford Street. It is a friendly and safe area and this bit of the road is a tree-lined and leafy residential area with easy walking access to the happening hub of Kensal Rise.

Entertainment: Great pubs, bars, parks, sports facilities and a cinema on the road.

Fantastic take away food, restaurants, chemists, newsagents, post office and cashpoints and general shops only one minute away.

Getting around - we are in zone 2 and fifteen minutes north of Notting Hill.

Two 24 hour regular buses to Central London (no. 6 and 52) - they leave every few minutes and the bus stop is a minute away. The night bus drops you back quickly and safely opposite the house - easy in all types of weather.

Buses go directly to - Oxford Street, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Notting Hill, Victoria, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Little Venice, Queens park and even Wembley.

London Underground - Bakerloo and Jubilee, Hammersmith and City Lines are all under 10 minutes away by very regular 24 hour buses - No 6 and 52.

London Overground - less than 10 minutes walk away and the best way to travel in London - very quick to Hampstead, Camden, Islington, Dalston, Hackney, Stratford, Richmond, Wimbledon, Clapham, St Pancras, St Pauls, the City and Bankside.

Very easy to get to all the London Airports as well.

One month's deposit and one month's advance rent required. Employer's and landlord references and 3 months bank statements required.

The flat isn't suitable for students, part-time workers or freelancers. I am looking for someone who works full-time, or just needs to be in London sometimes but has another home.
