Hi there, I am moving out of my room in Willesden Green to be closer to work.

The flat is situated a 5 min walk from Willesden Green station (Jubilee line) - so it only takes about 10 mins to get to Bond Street! It is also about 15 mins walk from Kensal Rise / Brondesbury Park respectively which are both on the Overground.

The area is very good with lots of shops including a big Sainsburys, nice restaurants, coffee shops as well as plenty of barber shops and hairdressers.

The room is a double and has plenty of storage with a full length mirrored wardrobe. It faces the garden and therefore is super quiet and relaxing but the street in general is very calm because it is a dead end street so no traffic.

The flat is shared with two others - a guy and girl (both professionals).

All bills including wifi and council tax are fully included in the rent. Also, a cleaner comes once a week and does an amazing job. The agency that manages the flat is great - they are prompt at responding to our requests and any issues that arise.

I’ve enjoyed my time living here but sadly it’s time to move on. I welcome any visits to the property / video tours.
