Hi, one of the tenants is moving out, there is double room available. The tenants are ladies, they would prefer to see who is moving in so you can visit the property and meet the people living there. Also, they have to pay council tax so they are not looking for students as they are exempt from council tax and the burden would be put on the other two tenants.

Council tax is about 37 per month. Bills not included.
Parking is on the street. Garden available. The room is unfurnished just in case you have your own furniture but I will furnish it with bed and cupboards if you request before moving in.

Viewings can be arranged, please just message and we can arrange a viewing for you in the evenings or weekend :)
