🏳️‍🌈 Newly refurbished house needs a fun and friendly mix of LGBT+ people to fill it! You'd be sharing with just two others (one is me).

2 mins walk from Dollis Hill tube station (zone 3) or 10 mins to Willesden Green (zone 2). Great connections by car to North Circular and other key roads. Be in a central London zone in 12 minutes with the tube. Night tube/buses and run here too!

After moving out of my small central London flat where I lived alone, I'm choosing and [hopefully] creating a home that will be shared with lovely people and fun times! I want the home to not be a place where people just co-exist and stay in their rooms but a place where interactions happen while private alone time is also respected. I would like to think that if there was another lockdown (hopefully not!), the flatmates I am living with would make it so much more bearable. People with varied interests would be great, from board games (scrabble, chess, cards, jenga, monopoly etc) to bungee jumping or road trips out! The home is potentially pet (dog) friendly.

Fabrizio is the other housemate. He's Italian, in his mid-20s and, obviously, loves good food, cooking and good wine! We will both video call anyone shortlisted so we can see if you like us enough and vice versa before viewing.

The kitchen & living room area leading to the patio/garden would be the central place for socialising with some of these things to help...

THE ROOMS
Each has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, double bed with good quality Ikea mattress, double glazing, blackout blind, lock on door and four double wall sockets. Bills (25% per person) comprise of fixed bills: council tax at £36.27 and internet at £6.50 per month. Gas, water, and electricity are metered, calculated monthly and should be cheaper than most other homes as efficiency has been built into all facilities during the refurbishment (I like to be as green as possible)!

Share bathroom with one other. Middle floor facing quiet road, approx 10sqm. Includes, desk, chair, bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

As you will see from the floorplan in the images, there is a ground floor-basement section that is a self-contained flat but part of the whole building (it's a house). This just so happens to have a queer professional moving into it and is separate to the rest of the property so he isn't living in the property that this ad is for. However, if we get on with him and it's agreeable by all, he might be invited up for a games night or a cuppa on those occasions we're having a social evening! This fourth person is why the bills are lower than usual as they are split evenly between four people.
