I have a large double-room to offer in a quiet flat (converted house).

Perfect location for public transport with Jubilee Line (Dollis Hill) 5 mins walk away and Willesden Bus Garage only 2 mins walk away for busses to town, Wembley, Victoria, Golders Green, Cricklewood etc. (bus: 6, 98, 52, 460, 297, 260, 266 etc...).

The room comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and several cupboards, desk, chair and high speed broadband. There's also a 42" flat screen TV in the room. The flat comprises of kitchen with dining area, bathroom, corridor, 2 double bedrooms.

The flat comes with a nice little garden.

I am a friendly and quiet professional guy with 2 cats. I often work nights during weekends so ideally my flat mate shouldn't be too much of a party person. Saying that, I do enjoy socialising, cooking, chatting and so on every now and then and would be happy if my flat mate would be social as well.

There are two naughty cats living with me so the flat mate will have to get on well with cats (and maybe feed them occasionally before they run cold turkey).

I am gay and my bf is staying over every now and then so of course I don't have a problem if you have someone staying over occasionally as well.
