A lovely double bedroom for female in a clean flat, with your own small kitchenette, available on a Monday to Friday let in a purpose built block of flats next to Wimbledon Common.

£450 per month for 3-night let
£575 per month for 4-night let

All bills are included.

If you'd like to trial it, want something more flexible or are interested in a short term let (up to 4 weeks, not restricted to Monday-Friday), you can book the room via Airbnb, please ask for details.

In the bedroom there's a double bed with Smart TV and dvd player, a bistro table with chair and ample storage. I can provide bedding if required.

You will also have your own little kitchenette in the hallway. There's a fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave for your use, along with plates, mugs, glasses etc, and access to the washing machine. The main kitchen can also be available in the evening.

The flat is located just off Wimbledon Common.
It's under 15 minutes walk to Southfields tube station which is on the District Line.
There's a bus stop outside the flat which takes you to Putney and Wimbledon or it's about 20 minutes walk to Putney and 30 minutes to Wimbledon.
Queen Mary's Hospital in Roehampton is approximately 30 minutes walk.

You will be sharing with me (owner). I'm originally from Dorset but moved to London several years ago.
I currently work from home so you will pretty much have the bathroom to yourself in the mornings.
