We have a huge affordable double room available in our friendly home! The room is a large double room with bay windows. The room comes with a double bed, a wardrobe and lots of space to make it your own.

We are a sociable group of people, 1 female and 2 male and are looking for a like minded individual to share our lovely house with. Whilst we do enjoy the odd night out this house is generally a chilled environment where you can relax and unwind, not a party house.

The house consists of two bathrooms (bath/shower upstairs and full bathroom downstairs) a large lounge & dining room, separate kitchen, private driveway and large garden with patio area with wooden flooring throughout downstairs.

We are situated less than 5 mins walk from Morden tube station, northern line (always get a seat in the morning haha), 5 mins from Morden Road tram stop and 10 mins walk from South Wimbledon tube. The beautiful Morden Hall park is right opposite which is great for walks, runs & picnics in the summer.

The house is amazing value, come and have a look. Rent is £550 per month including council tax & weekly cleaner. The bills are split between housemates and come to around £60 per month. The landlady will not accept housing benefit and you must be able to provide 2 references (1 current landlord, 1 current job).
